This type of classical poetic renditioning possesses a unique rhythmic quality, with the extraordinary ability to mesmerise and enhance the audience’s experience, thus bringing the original texts into a more enhanced, sublime level of focus than the more familiar prose translations. 


This rare poetic ability of Madan Mohan ji, has not come about through accident, but through years and years of dedicated absorbtion and study of these transcendental Vaishnava texts in their original language.

Madan Mohan Das is passionate about preserving and sharing the beauty of classical Sanskrit literature through his expert translations into English heroic couplets. 
 
​​His poetic renderings of classical Sanskrit and medieval Bengali texts are in a league of their own. His exquiste poetic style of rendition is inspired by Pope, Milton and other greats of the 17th and 18th century.

With a focus on accuracy and poetic elegance, his translations aim to capture the essence and emotion of the original Sanskrit texts, allowing readers to delve into the profound teachings and insights of these timeless works.

​​Madan Mohan Das keeps translating all these priceless texts on a daily basis and has already translated so many texts in his handwriten manuscripts that will now be ready for the world as they get typed up and layed out.

He is in the process of getting his translations of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita and the first 50 chapters of the Srimad Bhagavatam's tenth Book published and printed. If you would like to support his efforts please get in touch to know in wich ways you can help.

I am amazed by the depth and emotion captured in each couplet. His works have brought me to tears on several occasions. I felt it was too hard to access this nectar and decided to put this website together so that Madan Ji would have a repository of all his works available for everyone to relish.
